Moving forward step by step. From one end of life to the other

Hello, my name is Micol Del Castillo.

Scholar, researcher, mother, teacher, farmer, problem solver, visionary, weaver, traveler, dreamer, imperfect woman always discovering.

A few words about me

I studied a lot.

I have a PhD in Naval Engineering; a Doula certification, and a certificate in Nonviolent Communication Mediation.

Insights into various pedagogies and bodywork.

Yet I don't think that's what defines me.

The common thread linking all this is care as a vision and the Nonviolent Communication as a tool.

What makes me so exceptional?

I am a scholar and a researcher. I love reading, dancing and traveling. Graduation and Ph.D. trained me in problem solving, exercising logical-rational thinking. Motherhood brought me back to intuitive and emotional body wisdom. I integrate these two parts by giving scientific structure to what comes from the belly and by nuancing in care what comes from the neocortex.

I have developed a very strong confidence in life: my body and my emotions are a clear compass. And they are precisely the ‘information’ that punctually gives me direction.

If you recognize yourself in that, if it resonates with you in some way, then I can be helpful to you. Am I the one you are looking for?

This is

What do I do?

I accompany, support, and mediate: individual and group programs.

Mentorship

I enjoy witnessing the transformation that takes place in people who are listened to for who they are.

Couples & Parenting

Intimate relationships affect us and cause us to react in ways we would prefer not to, or push us to give up parts of ourselves. Do we change?

Social change

Freedom of choice. Fairness. Consent. How to support interdependence so that everyone's needs are met.

Skills

I enjoy listening and giving presence. I am moved by the Yes to a dream, to a vision, and I have the flexibility to find varied ways to practice wholeness.
